1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or above to use our platform. Minors (below 18 years) may use the platform only with verified parental/guardian consent. Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the minor's activity on EDBEBO.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in suspension or termination of your account. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Additional Terms for College Representatives

• If you register as a College Representative, you confirm that you are an authorized official of the respective institution for admission-related activities.
• EDBEBO has the right to request identification or authorization proof at any time.
• If we find that you are not an authorized person, your account will be terminated immediately without any refund.
• If the concerned institution formally requests that your access be removed, EDBEBO may terminate your account without liability or refund.

4. Additional Terms for Education Consultants

• You confirm that you legally operate as an educational consultant and are authorized to communicate with students and institutions.
• If we determine that you provided false credentials or are misrepresenting your identity, your account may be terminated without refund.
• If any associated institution or authority requests the removal of your access, EDBEBO may terminate the account without refund.

5. Services & Lead Pricing

• EDBEBO provides lead generation, student–college matching, and related admission assistance services.
• Lead cost is variable and may change based on market conditions. EDBEBO has full rights to modify pricing without prior notice.

6. Wallet Credits

• Wallet credits purchased by College Representatives or Consultants must be used within 365 days from purchase.
• After 365 days, unused credits will expire automatically.
• Expired credits will not be refunded or extended.

7. Data Sharing with Third Parties

By using the platform, you consent to EDBEBO sharing your information with partner institutions, consultants, and third parties associated with admission services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or institution
• Misguide students or institutions
• Violate any applicable Indian laws
• Exploit or misuse data obtained from the platform

EDBEBO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

9. Refunds

No refund will be provided for:

• Wallet credits
• Lead purchases
• Subscription fees
• Payment for services already processed

10. Account Termination

EDBEBO may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms
• You provide false information
• You misuse student/institution data
• Your institution/authority requests removal

No refund will be issued upon termination.

11. Disclaimer

EDBEBO is a facilitator platform. We do not guarantee admissions, placements, or outcomes. All decisions rest with the respective institutions.

12. Limitation of Liability

EDBEBO is not responsible for any:

• Loss of data
• Admission denial
• Misrepresentation by third parties
• Damages arising from misuse of the app

Your usage of the platform is at your sole risk.

13. Changes to These Terms

EDBEBO reserves the full right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
