EDBEBO REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the EDBEBO application or website.
1. No Refund Policy
Once you make a payment for any service on EDBEBO, no refund will be provided. This includes:
- Wallet credit purchases
- Lead purchases
- Subscription fees
- Promotional credits
- Any other app feature or service
2. Wallet Credit Expiry
- Wallet credits must be used within 365 days from the date of purchase.
- After 365 days, credits automatically expire.
- Expired credits will not be refunded, reinstated, or transferred.
3. Account Termination
If your account is terminated due to:
- Providing false information
- Misrepresentation
- Being an unauthorized college representative/consultant
- Request from an official educational institution/authority
You are not eligible for any refund, including unused wallet credits.
4. Failed Transactions
If payment is deducted but the service is not delivered due to a technical error, EDBEBO will resolve the issue or provide wallet credit — not a cash refund.
5. Changes to This Refund Policy
EDBEBO reserves the full right to modify, update, or change this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. All updates will be effective upon posting on the platform. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated policy.
